Local Groups 1.19.0 has been released on 17 November and included the following enhancements:

• NEW! Public-facing web page listing all active Local Groups: https://vtools.vtools.ieee.org/home/local_groups
• Updates to Local Group request form
• Ability for staff to update the requests at any stage
